- In some cases orders for shipment to P.O boxes may take longer to be approved. Since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, these orders will be delivered via another method such as U.S.P.S.
- Holiday Deliveries
- Most parcel delivery services do not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday.
- Out of Stock
- We stock a high level of inventory to ensure rapid delivery, but on occasion, we may be temporarily out of stock on a device that is in high demand. In those circumstances, we will not hold your order to wait for an out of stock item, and you may receive your order in two shipments.

- Returns & Replacements
- GENERAL RETURN POLICY: 7 days allowance from purchase date for all returns. E-Mail us promptly to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A re-stocking fee of 10% applies on all returns except when item is defective or has been erroneously shipped. Purchase amount is credited upon our receipt of both product and packaging in original condition. If an item is defective or erroneously shipped by us, upon receipt of the same we will refund you for return shipping up to $5.00.

Once the orders have been completed you will get an E-Mail within 24 hours with an order conformation number. Payment methods that are currently accepted are all through Pay-Pal, whether it be credit card, bank account transfer or from your Pay-Pal account. Once the payment has been cleared through our system, which can take up to 24 hours although in most cases it’s instant, your order will be processed and mailed out to you promptly.
Orders that have discounted but out of stock items will be held and processed as soon as the item is in stock again with the honored sale price.
Some of our items are on sale through a certain period or until the item is sold out. If a customer purchases these products after the deadline of a sale, or right after we ran out of stock, the customer will have the option to cancel the order or to purchase the item at its regular selling price before any discount.
